Questions To Ask

Here are some questions you should ask every builder you are considering. During your interviews, find out everything you can about the builder. Listen carefully to what they say in answer to each question. Don’t confuse personable salesmanship with home building expertise. After interviewing prospective builders it is a good idea to ask mortgage companies, banks, suppliers, and the Better Business Bureau about the builders you’re considering.
