Brandon joined David Rogers Homes as head of construction
in 1998. Brandon is the vice president and construction
manager of David Rogers Homes, Inc. Brandon brought
with him more than 15 years of home building experience.
With Brandon’s knowledge of homebuilding and attention
to detail he soon developed a construction program that
revolutionized David Rogers Homes. This program set
a limit on the amount of homes that be constructed at
any given time. This allowed for the timely delivery
of homes to customers, something many builders struggled
with. It also allowed David Rogers Homes to focus on
quality rather than quantity. This concept was unique
in a housing industry that focused most of its attention
on sales rather than construction. With construction
firmly under control, David Rogers Homes directed its
attention to providing unequaled customer service. It
is this attention to quality and customer service that
makes David Rogers Homes one of Lubbock’s leading
